Progress of the Publication Process
Important Information:
- Submission of a full paper is optional. You can still present at the conference even if you have not submitted your full paper.
- Only the full paper presented at the conference will be considered for publication.
- Submit your full paper to the following form: https://bit.ly/FP-TEFCON2024.
- The benefit of submitting your full manuscript to the conference is that it will pass the journal’s initial screening, which might take months if you submit it directly to the journal.
- After the conference committee’s internal review results, the journal editorial board will still conduct the review and editing process.
- Please note that there is no guarantee that the journal you select will publish the manuscript when your manuscript does not meet the journal’s requirements.
Presenters who intend to publish their papers in the enlisted journals should adhere to the following procedure.
1. Abstract Submission
- The author(s) submit the abstract to the conference system and complete the form in the system
2. Abstract Acceptance
- The committee will announce accepted abstracts to be presented at the conference.
3. Conference Fee Payment
- The author(s) of the accepted abstract makes conference fee payments to the designated bank account (informed in the acceptance letter and email)
4. Journal Selection
- After making the conference fee payment, the author(s) can check the list of journals cooperating with the conference below.
- Please follow the journal's template to submit the full paper.
5. Manuscript Submission
- Author(s) upload the manuscript along with the acceptance letter and proof of payment to https://bit.ly/FP-TEFCON2024.
- All papers must be uploaded to the committee no later than 16 July 2024 (extended to 15 September 2024).
6. Internal Review
- The committee reviews the papers.
7. Internal Review Recommendations
- The committee recommends the journal for the manuscript.
- The author(s) submit the manuscript to the recommended journal. The author(s) have to comply with the journal process. Please note that all expenses incurred during the publication process are the authors’ responsibility.
8. Alternative Publication Outlet
- If not recommended or not accepted by the journal, the author(s) are suggested to publish the manuscript in the Proceder: Applied Linguistics, Literature, and Language Education.

Indonesian Journal of Applied Linguistics (IJAL)
Indonesian Journal of Applied Linguistics (IJAL) is a journal that publishes original research papers in applied linguistics. It is published by UPT Balai Bahasa, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. This journal is indexed in Scopus and SINTA (S1). The journal operates a peer review process and promotes blind reviewing. The journal is published three times a year in May, September, and January containing 20 articles.

TEFLIN Journal

Journal of English Education and Teaching (JEET) with print ISSN 2685-743x and online ISSN 2622-5867 is an open-access journal which published four times a year in March, June, September, and December. The aim is to publish conceptual and research articles that explore the application of any language in teaching and the everyday experience of language in education. We accept mainly research-based articles related to English Education and Teaching. The articles must be in English. On the 2nd of October 2019, the Journal of English Education and Teaching was submitted to an Arjuna National Accreditation and was ranked in Sinta 5. From December 2019 until June 2022, the Journal of English Education and Teaching (JEET) has been ranked in Sinta 4. Then, starting from September 2022 until 2027, JEET has been ranked in Sinta 2. This journal is published by UNIB Press since 2019. This journal is also in collaboration with the English Language Education Study Program Association
